I Heart Faces: Hilarious Outtakes

Well...I think the only hilarious/semi-hilarious outtakes I have are from my Hawaii trip. Coincidentally, I've been craving the sand, sunshine, and waves. Whaaaa hah haah...I want to be there RIGHT NOW!

My husband, nephews, and Brother/Sister-in-law getting drenched by a huge wave...laughing my head of while this picture was taken. They were looking for shells, little crabs and such when this mondo wave crashed against the lava.

I know this wave looks pretty big but...my nephews are only like 4 feet tall :)

Oh...I want to be there.

As I listen to my Jack Johnson, and edit pictures, I wish I was doing it pool-side at the Maui Marriot instead of the wintry wonderland of suburban Detroit! I'm longing for some warmth.

The Orange Orchid

Orange orchids represent enthusiasm, fascination, happiness, creativity, determination, attraction, success, encouragement, and stimulation. I should say so! I'm sorry to say that I started this stinkin project almost a year ago! I've been to Hawaii a few times in the last couple years, and I kept seeing all the beautiful Hawaiian Style Quilts(for some examples of the real deal click HERE). I REALLY wanted one, but the good ones in a queen size are over $2k! I thought...I could do one all by myself! It'll be a cinch! Ha Ha! Well, the actual sewing is really easy. It just TAKES FOREVER! All you do is make a little design (like a giant paper snowflake), and then do a blind stitch all the way around every edge! PIECE A CAKE! I figure if I write it down, I'll just have to finish it! So, soon if will be finished, and it'll be marvelous!

So...I was totally BUMMED that I couldn't use the picture I was thinking to use. I'm sure you'll see it some time. :) I loved this little picture of my niece playing in the sand. I Heart Face Sun Flare

HMMM...I'm going through the 800 other pictures I took on this trip as we speak. Isn't this the cutest pic of my little Rosie Cheeks with her Grampa?! And, I have to give a shout out to my hubs.
